Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in brand new, unused condition—exactly as received. This includes:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of dirt, damage, odors, or any signs of use
- Original tags attached (if applicable)
- Returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund total.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, but it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
